MY BACKGROUND

I left a warzone to building a successful life as a specialist global headhunter, elite accountability, careers & interviewing coach across the UK & Internationally.

As a coach and mentor, you need to understand and know what people really think. Your weakness can become your greatest strength, my ability to read people became a strength of mine and I did it to survive before getting into coaching. My coaching programmes are devised to make tangible changes and transform certain parts of your life, not just add value to it. I identify the opportunities and then create an action plan and make sure you implement that action plan together. My job is to make sure you implement that strategy, it is about having the right attitude, drive and determination to make it and be successful. My singular focus and accountability programmes will give you greater direction and focus on the activities that delivers the biggest result and change.

WHY AN ACCOUNTABILITY COACH?

Well, most often than not, you have tried your partner, your friend, or a family member to be your accountability coach. It can start off okay but it then slowly fades out. The reason being is that there is a lot of emotional involvement and their commitment is not laser like focussed on your improvement.
